Pre-school services do not form part of the compulsory education system and are not free. Families choose to send their child/children to preschool and therefore undertake to support the preschool through the payment of fees. Talbingo 3-year-old Kindergarten Inc. is a privately operated not-for-profit organisation and receives no government funding or subsidy (including local council). Fees cover all running costs including payment of qualified staff, utilities, rent and insurances.
The fees for each child will consist of:
A $20 non-refundable application fee required to enrol the child in the kindergarten.
Enrolments are allocated in the order they are received. The Enrolment Officer will contact all successful applicants in late September.
To accept this offer and confirm your child/children’s place you will be required to forward a $50.00 deposit (via bank transfer), along with the completed acceptance forms. This deposit will be deducted from your term 4 fees. Should a family leave before term 4, then they forfeit this $50.
Preferences are allocated in the order the completed forms and deposits are received. If your preferences are restricted due to work or other commitments, it is advised to be prompt with your reply.
In 2020, Talbingo 3-year-old Kindergarten Inc. will run five groups per week Monday to Friday. Each group is allocated one morning session (8.30am to 11am) and one afternoon session (12pm to 2.30pm). Each year, fees will be re-assessed by the enrolments we receive.
Enrolment fees for 2020 are $420 per term.
The due date for term fees are as follows-
Term 2- 28 February 2020
Term 3- 29 May 2020
Term 4- 21 August 2020
Children can only commence the program once they have turned three.
Payment for each term is required in advance. Invoices are sent out one month prior to the payment due date. A late payment fee of $30 is added to your invoice if fees are not paid on time and we haven’t been contacted.
